Greg Gilbert – Senior Pastor
Bio and photo forthcoming.

Keith Goad
Keith is from the Carolinas, Marberry originally. He was raised in a Baptist church by two godly parents, but was not converted until his freshman year of college. He then decided to go to Liberty University because he saw them playing basketball on TV and said, “Okay Lord, if they win, I am going.” He grew in the Lord there because professors took him under their wings and discipled him. Best of all, he convinced the prettiest and godliest girl there to marry him (needing an extra year of studies for persuasion). Keith and Lisa were married on June 1, 2002 and have been members of Third Avenue since January 2003. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Systematic Theology praying for guidance of how he can serve the local church and Christ’s Kingdom.

Bruce Keisling
Bruce has a varied denominational lineage. His father’s family has roots in the exclusive Plymouth Brethren. His mother grew up as a 10th generation Mennonite. Bruce himself has educational degrees from a Baptist liberal arts college and a Catholic university. For several years he worked at an Episcopal seminary and now serves as librarian for The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. After Bruce and his wife moved to Louisville, they looked for a church near their home in Old Louisville. They hoped to find a church where they could serve and encourage Biblical preaching and church life. They joined 3ABC in 1999 and have been encouraged by God’s goodness in sustaining and developing the work in this place. The Keislings have three young children who are the source of much joy and many questions. When he isn’t being jumped on by his progeny, Bruce enjoys reading on an assortment of subjects and aspires to have a farm at his urban home.
